<p>Our basic policy is to implement dividends by comprehensively considering future business development, management environment, and other factors in relation to net profit. We principally pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. Retained earnings are allocated to research and development of new technologies, development of new products, and cultivation and training of human resources, with the aim of maintaining and strengthening competitiveness and enhancing corporate value.</p>
