<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company aims to maximize shareholder value by conducting careful and proactive business operations to generate appropriate profits, making effective reinvestments in business activities, and paying stable and appropriate dividends. The Company considers returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. Our basic dividend policy is to provide profit returns commensurate with business growth, taking into account performance forecasts and financial condition comprehensively, while maintaining adequate retained earnings.
The Company's basic policy is to pay a year-end dividend once annually. In addition, the Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with June 30 as the record date, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
The decision-making authority for these dividend payments is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the Board of Directors for interim dividends.
Regarding this fiscal year's dividend, we regret to announce no dividend payment. For next fiscal year's dividend, we will carefully monitor our business conditions and make decisions based on improvements in our financial position, including the status of retained earnings. We will then establish a target dividend payout ratio and consider an appropriate dividend. We are committed to maintaining continuous recovery momentum in our business and achieving early dividend resumption while securing a stable management foundation.

Our basic policy is to provide profit returns that match our business growth, while comprehensively considering our earnings outlook, financial condition, and the need to build up retained earnings.
