2002年12月	旧NEXON Corporation(現NXC Corporation)が、東京都中央区に当社(新株式会社ネクソンジャパン)を設立。旧NEXON Corporation(現NXC Corporation)が、ソリッドネットワークス株式会社(旧株式会社ネクソンジャパン)株式を売却。
2003年１月	旧NEXON Corporation(現NXC Corporation)とソリッドネットワークス株式会社(旧株式会社ネクソンジャパン)が資本提携を解消したことにより、当社がソリッドネットワークス株式会社(旧株式会社ネクソンジャパン)からオンラインゲーム事業を譲り受けし、日本におけるオンラインゲーム事業を本格的にスタート。
2003年11月	当社が、東京都中央区新川二丁目３番１号に本社を移転。
2004年１月	旧NEXON Corporation(現NXC Corporation)が、中国上海市にLexian Software Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.を設立。
2005年９月	当社が、米国にNX Games Inc.(現Nexon America Inc.)を設立。
2005年10月	旧NEXON Corporation(現NXC Corporation)が、新NEXON Corporation(現NEXON Korea Corporation)を会社分割により設立。旧NEXON Corporation(現NXC Corporation)が、Nexon Holdings Corporationに商号変更。
