Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy aims to maintain stable dividend levels while pursuing long-term growth in corporate value, using a dividend payout ratio of 30% or higher as our target. During the medium-term management plan period, we aim to repurchase 15 billion yen in treasury stock and achieve a dividend on equity (DOE) of 4% or higher, with annual dividends paid once at the fiscal year-end. Retained earnings are allocated to capital expenditures such as new store openings and development of new businesses.</p>
