<p>We regard returning profits to shareholders as one of our top priorities. Our basic policy is to provide stable profit returns while strengthening our financial position and management foundation. We determine dividends by taking into account our business performance and future business developments. We implement dividends twice per year—interim dividends are decided by board of directors resolution, and year-end dividends are decided by ordinary general meeting of shareholders resolution.</p>
