<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company recognizes enhancing corporate value through business growth and expansion as its highest priority. To strengthen its financial foundation and achieve sustainable growth, we believe it is important to first build up retained earnings and actively pursue necessary investments to advance our business operations. Accordingly, the Company has not paid dividends since its founding. However, we position returning profits to shareholders as one of our important management priorities. We will consider dividend payments based on business performance, taking into comprehensive account the buildup of retained earnings in preparation for future growth and expansion strategies.We are considering allocating retained earnings to building our management foundation through investment in and development of human resources, as well as investments for business growth and expansion. We will work to enhance medium- to long-term shareholder value through business growth and expansion, and will consider returning profits to shareholders in the future. However, at this time, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing thereof remain undetermined.When the Company distributes surplus earnings, our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end. Our Articles of Incorporation provide that matters specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act shall be determined by Board of Directors resolution, except where otherwise provided by law, without requiring a shareholders' meeting resolution. This provision aims to enable prompt profit returns to shareholders by vesting dividend authority in the Board of Directors.

We prioritize enhancing corporate value through business growth and expansion. Since our founding, we have maintained a no-dividend policy to prioritize building internal reserves and making business investments. We allocate retained earnings to human capital investment, management foundation building, and business expansion. We will consider returning profits to shareholders in the future after realizing medium to long-term increases in stock value, though the timing remains undetermined. Should we implement dividends, our basic policy is to pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end.
