<p>Our basic dividend policy is to provide stable, continuous dividends. We target a dividend payout ratio of approximately 30%, with a minimum annual dividend per share of 15 yen. We pay dividends twice per year—at the interim and fiscal year-end periods. We use retained earnings to strengthen our management foundation and fund capital investments such as opening new locations.</p>
