<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">The Company views returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management strategies. Our basic policy is to maintain stable corporate growth and the ability to respond to changes in the business environment by securing necessary retained earnings, while continuously returning profits to shareholders in accordance with business performance.</p>
<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">The Company's articles of incorporation provide that matters concerning dividend distributions are determined by board of directors resolution rather than shareholder meeting resolution, except where otherwise required by law. We plan to distribute dividends either once per year as a year-end dividend, or twice per year as interim and year-end dividends.</p>
