The company also offers fractional real estate investment products with a minimum investment of 5 million yen, which are sold to investors nationwide.

In the Recurring Fee Business segment, the company generates stable revenue from rental income on held properties while providing property management, asset management consulting, and real estate appraisal services. Property management services include tenant recruitment, lease negotiation, and building maintenance.

Through domestic and international operations, AD Works Group aims to expand and stabilize its income-producing real estate portfolio. In Japan, A.D. Works Co., Ltd. handles income-producing real estate sales, while in the United States, ADW-No.1 LLC and other entities manage these operations.

Management Policy

AD Works Group is advancing its growth strategy based on the "Second Medium-Term Management Plan" announced in February 2024. The plan targets improving earnings per share (EPS) by 10% or more each fiscal period to meet shareholder and investor expectations. The company also aims to strengthen financial health and improve workforce productivity by maintaining return on equity and expanding non-asset businesses.

The company has adopted "Corporate Agility Acquisition" as a strategic pillar, targeting improvements in resilience, agility, and flexibility. This approach enables the company to respond quickly to changing market conditions and achieve sustainable growth. Specifically, the company aims to maintain return on equity at approximately 30% and expand the non-asset business share to 30% over the medium to long term.

AD Works Group is addressing its challenge of reducing dependence on revenue-generating real estate sales and diversifying its business base. To this end, the company plans to lower capital costs and improve ROE, targeting an improvement in ROE to 13–14% or higher by 2027. The company is also pursuing business stabilization and growth through diversifying funding sources and strengthening human capital investment.

The company prioritizes accelerating digital transformation (DX) initiatives to improve productivity. It aims to create new business opportunities through DX while advancing revenue-contributing initiatives. To build new business pillars, the company is focusing on fractional real estate product business and revitalizing overseas operations, with an eye toward expanding non-asset business ventures.
