<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. However, we believe that the greatest benefit to shareholders comes from strengthening our financial position and building internal reserves for business expansion, which we then invest in enhancing our earning capacity.Accordingly, in the 10th fiscal year, we have not paid dividends in accordance with this policy. Since our founding, we have not paid dividends, and our current policy is to build internal reserves to enable flexible and effective investments.We are considering allocating internal reserves toward strengthening our financial position, investing in and developing talent, building our revenue base, expanding AI product functionality, and developing new products.Through these investments, we aim to realize long-term shareholder value growth through business expansion and improved capital efficiency. We intend to implement stable and consistent dividend distributions to shareholders based on our performance, financial condition, and business environment. However, as of the date of this document, the timing and feasibility of dividend implementation remain undetermined.Our Articles of Incorporation stipulate that the Board of Directors decides on dividend distributions and that surplus distributions occur as interim and year-end dividends. Our basic policy is to distribute surplus once annually through the year-end dividend when dividends are paid.

The company currently does not pay dividends and plans to build up retained earnings for flexible investments in the near term. Retained earnings will be allocated to strengthening financial position, human capital investment, and expanding AI product features. The company aims to implement stable and continuous dividends in the future, taking into account business performance and financial conditions at that time. When dividends are implemented, the basic policy will be to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end.
