<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="text-align: left">The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Our basic policy is to implement appropriate dividends while maintaining a balance between corporate growth and retained earnings.</p>
<p style="text-align: left">Based on this policy, after comprehensively evaluating internal reserves for future growth investments, the Company has decided to pay a dividend of 30 yen per share for this fiscal year (regular dividend of 20 yen and commemorative dividend of 10 yen). As a result, the dividend payout ratio for this fiscal year is 31.46%. Retained earnings will be effectively utilized as funds to enhance corporate value, allocated to growth investments and working capital increases accompanying business expansion.</p>
<p style="text-align: left">The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that matters concerning dividends of surplus, as specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, may be determined by Board of Directors resolution, except where otherwise provided by law. The record date for year-end dividends is set as September 30 each year, and the record date for interim dividends is set as March 31 each year. The Articles of Incorporation also provide that dividends may be paid with other record dates as determined.</p>
<p style="text-align: left">The dividends of surplus for this fiscal year are as follows.</p>
