<p>Our basic dividend policy is to pay dividends with a consolidated payout ratio of approximately 20% or a return on equity (ROE) of approximately 5%, and we implement dividends twice per year. Regarding share buybacks, we conduct additional acquisitions when the total shareholder return ratio falls below 100%. We hold shares at approximately 5% of total issued shares, and we have a policy to cancel excess shares in principle.</p>
