<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Our dividend policy is based on the principle of returning profits to shareholders in a fair and stable manner, while strengthening our management foundation and expanding business earnings through building up retained earnings. We take into account current fiscal performance, medium to long-term business outlook, and the operating environment in determining dividends.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">We currently pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend, with the dividend decision made at the shareholders' meeting. We are proposing an amendment to our articles of incorporation at the 88th Annual Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for June 27, 2025. If approved, this amendment will introduce an interim dividend system.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">For the current fiscal year, based on the above policy and our medium-term management plan, we plan to pay a dividend of 130 yen per share. This will result in a dividend payout ratio of 89.9% for the current fiscal year.</p>
