Management Policy
Ricoh announced its 21st Medium-Term Management Strategy beginning April 2023, setting medium to long-term targets to realize "bringing joy to work." As a "digital services company," Ricoh aims to support the creativity of workers and provide services that transform the workplace.
Ricoh is focusing on three areas: process automation, workplace experience, and IT services. Through these initiatives, Ricoh seeks to free workers from routine tasks and create an environment that enhances creativity. Leveraging its global customer base and internal strengths, Ricoh will create value as a workplace services provider.
Ricoh also prioritizes ESG initiatives, aiming to become an "ESG global top company." The company is addressing seven material issues that combine social problem-solving with business foundation strengthening, and has set 16 ESG targets. This contributes to realizing a sustainable society while enhancing corporate value.
Ricoh's growth strategy is based on three pillars: strengthening regional strategies, building revenue foundations in field and social domains, and enabling global talent to thrive. In particular, Ricoh aims to increase revenue in commercial printing and other businesses through digital services expansion.
