Management Policy

Ito En is advancing a growth strategy with 2041 in view, based on its medium-term management plan announced in 2024. The plan positions the company as a "Health Creation Company," prioritizing the health of mind and body, social health, and planetary environmental health to create value. Through this approach, Ito En aims to contribute to customers' healthy and enriched lives and the realization of a sustainable society.

Ito En's growth strategy is built on five key priorities. First, in brand establishment, the company strengthens individual brands such as "Oi Ocha" and advances new product development and improvements to existing products based on customer needs. In research and development, Ito En develops products with health benefits and proposes environmentally conscious offerings.

In strengthening its sales foundation, the company builds direct customer relationships through route sales and delivers efficient service. Additionally, to reduce total costs, Ito En reinforces contract manufacturing methods and raw material procurement capabilities to establish a stable supply system.

Strengthening overseas business is another key strategy. The company promotes Japanese tea adoption in the U.S. market and positions matcha business as a new growth area, establishing a global supply network. Through this expansion, Ito En increases its international market presence.
