<h3>3 Dividend Policy</h3>

The Company is currently in a phase of establishing its operational foundation in the insurance business and has not paid dividends since its inception. However, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority. For the time being, we will strengthen internal reserves while allocating funds to investments for business expansion and operational efficiency improvements, as well as to medium- and long-term investments in securing and developing talented personnel. We will continue to consider profit dividends in the future by comprehensively taking into account our future growth strategy, business performance, and financial condition.


When the Company pays dividends from surplus, our basic policy is to implement year-end dividends once per fiscal year, with the Board of Directors serving as the decision-making body for dividend determination. Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that the Company may implement interim dividends as prescribed under the Companies Act through Board of Directors resolution.

For the time being, we aim to strengthen our internal reserves and allocate them to medium- to long-term investments, including business expansion, operational efficiency improvements, and human resource development and training. This approach supports our goal of increasing corporate value. When distributing dividends from surplus earnings, we will make year-end dividends our basic policy. We will also consider interim dividends by comprehensively taking into account our future growth strategy, business performance, and financial condition.
