<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">Our company group considers returning profits to shareholders as one of the important management priorities. We also aim to achieve further profit growth by using retained earnings to support future business expansion and strengthen our operational foundation.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">Our Articles of Incorporation allow us to pay dividends twice per year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">For the current fiscal year, we have decided to pay a dividend of 65 yen per share based on the above policy. This results in a dividend payout ratio (consolidated) of 29.7% for the fiscal year. Going forward, we will work to improve performance with the aim of maintaining a dividend payout ratio of approximately 30%.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">Our Articles of Incorporation provide that an interim dividend may be paid with September 30 as the record date, based on a Board of Directors resolution. However, our basic policy at this time is to implement dividends once per year as a year-end dividend.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 30px">The dividends for the current fiscal year are as follows:</p>
