<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; margin-bottom: 18px; text-align: left">　The Company owns all assets of Miyajima Country Club and conducts its operations. Our shareholders hold membership in the club and receive member benefits when playing golf. Therefore, we believe it is in the long-term interest of shareholders to retain earnings and invest in improving the golf course, clubhouse, and other facilities rather than distribute dividends. Accordingly, we do not plan to pay dividends in the current fiscal year or in the foreseeable future.<br/>　Any surplus dividends, if distributed, would be paid only as year-end dividends, with the decision made by the shareholders' meeting.</p>

<p>The company continues its no-dividend policy. Regarding profit distribution, the company prioritizes retaining earnings internally and believes that enhancing golf courses and clubhouses aligns with shareholders' long-term interests. When dividends are implemented, only year-end dividends will be paid, with decisions made at the shareholders' meeting.</p>
