<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
　　　　The Company may pay dividends based on a fiscal year-end date of March 31st, subject to approval by shareholders' meeting resolution. The Company has not set a specific limit on the frequency of dividend payments.
　　　　However, since its founding, the Company has consistently not paid cash dividends to shareholders. Instead, the Company operates as a members-only golf club and considers the realization of a high-quality club experience through the maintenance and improvement of golf courses and other facilities to be the primary form of shareholder value return.
　　　　Accordingly, retained earnings are allocated to strengthen the Company's financial position and fund future capital expenditures. No dividend will be paid in the current fiscal year.

Since our founding, we have maintained a basic policy of not paying cash dividends to shareholders. Instead, we return profits to shareholders by maintaining and improving high-quality facilities, including our golf courses, to provide members with a distinguished club experience. We retain earnings to strengthen our corporate foundation and allocate funds for future capital investments.
