The Company's articles of incorporation provide for the distribution of surplus once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The shareholders' meeting is the decision-making body for such dividend distributions.
The Company's basic policy is to return profits to shareholders through the maintenance and improvement of its golf course facilities. Accordingly, no shareholder dividend has been paid in the current fiscal year.
Retained earnings are allocated to funding the maintenance and improvement of the Company's golf course facilities.
