<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Our company operates in the highly public-interest sector of urban gas supply. Accordingly, we are committed to maintaining a stable management foundation to ensure the sound development of our business and the protection of consumer interests, while sustaining long-term stable pricing.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Our basic dividend policy is to distribute surplus earnings once per year. The dividend decision-making authority rests with the shareholders' meeting.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">For the current fiscal year, based on the above policy, we have set the dividend at 70 yen per share.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Retained earnings will be allocated to capital investments for business infrastructure development, primarily in manufacturing and supply equipment, and to strengthen our financial position.</p>
