<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>

The Company considers maintaining stable dividends to shareholders as one of its important objectives and has adopted a basic policy of paying dividends twice annually—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.


The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors.


For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021, the interim dividend was set at 15,000 yen per share, consistent with prior years. The year-end dividend was determined at 87,979 yen per share.


Retained earnings are intended to support future business development and capital investments.


The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may declare an interim dividend with a record date of September 30 each year.
