Accordingly, we are committed to maintaining a stable management foundation. Regarding dividends, our basic policy is to continue stable dividend payments while securing retained earnings for future business development, with the dividend amount determined each fiscal year based on business performance.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends from surplus once per year as a year-end dividend, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body for dividend distribution.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">In the current fiscal year, we implemented a dividend of 30 yen per share, resulting in a dividend payout ratio of 2.0%. Retained earnings will be utilized to strengthen our management foundation and support future business development. Details of the dividend distribution for the current fiscal year are as follows.</p>
