<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>As a company with significant public responsibility in the broadcasting business, our basic policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends to establish a long-term stable management foundation.Regarding dividend distributions from retained earnings, our basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year at the end of the fiscal year. Additionally, we implement commemorative dividends every 5 to 10 years from our founding. The shareholder meeting is the decision-making body for dividend determinations.For the current fiscal year, we have decided to distribute a dividend of 150 yen per share, taking into account our operating results and other factors. As a result, the dividend payout ratio for the current fiscal year is 10.2%.Regarding the use of retained earnings, we intend to implement effective investments aimed at upgrading broadcasting equipment and enhancing program production capabilities to prepare for intensifying competition with other media. (Note) Dividend distributions with record dates in the current fiscal year are as follows.
