<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic dividend policy is to implement dividends on a stable and continuous basis, taking into account periodic business performance while giving due consideration to strengthening our management foundation and maintaining internal reserves necessary for future capital expenditures and other investments.
The company distributes surplus earnings once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The dividend decision-making authority rests with the shareholders' meeting.
Regarding the year-end dividend for the current fiscal year, we have decided not to pay a dividend. This decision prioritizes the accumulation of internal reserves to rebuild shareholders' equity, which has been significantly eroded by losses recorded over the past four years, and to prepare for future capital investment in business facility renewal.

Our basic policy is to implement stable and continuous dividends while taking into account our financial performance and maintaining necessary internal reserves for strengthening our management foundation and capital investments. Dividends from retained earnings are paid once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend, with the dividend decision made by the shareholders' meeting.
