Our basic policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends while making comprehensive decisions based on our financial condition and business outlook.Our standard practice is to pay dividends once per year based on shareholder approval at the annual general meeting held on the fiscal year-end date. However, for the current fiscal year, we regret to announce that no dividend will be paid. This decision reflects the urgent need to undertake fundamental business restructuring and five consecutive years of net losses.The Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be paid upon board of directors resolution.Retained earnings will be invested primarily in capital expenditures for business expansion and product development.
