Our Group recognizes stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders as one of the important management priorities. We are committed to making every effort to improve business performance to meet shareholder expectations. At the same time, we aim to strengthen our management foundation and build up internal reserves in consideration of future business development.
Our dividend policy is based on the principle of comprehensively considering stable profit returns to shareholders, strengthening the management foundation of Group companies, and future business development, even in a challenging business environment.
Our Group's basic policy is to distribute surplus earnings once per fiscal year through year-end dividends, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body for such distributions. We recognize profit returns to shareholders as an important matter. For the current fiscal year, based on our basic policy and after comprehensively considering consolidated business results, we implemented a year-end dividend of 1 yen per share, consistent with the previous fiscal year.
