<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Our company is committed to maintaining a stable management foundation over the long term and continuing to provide stable dividends as a basic policy. Our fundamental approach regarding the frequency of dividends in each fiscal year is to pay dividends once per year as a year-end dividend. The shareholders' meeting is the decision-making body for year-end dividend distributions.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">For this fiscal year, based on the above policy, we have decided to implement a dividend of 360 yen per share. We intend to allocate retained earnings to further strengthen and reinforce our corporate foundation and to fund investments for future growth, in order to secure long-term shareholder value. Our company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with a reference date of September 30 each year, subject to board of directors' approval.</p>
