Our company's basic policy is to maintain stable dividends. We determine dividend payments by comprehensively considering our financial performance and future business outlook, while prioritizing the buildup of internal reserves to support future business development.
Our dividend policy provides for two annual dividend payments: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The Board of Directors is the decision-making body for dividend payments. In accordance with Article 459 of the Companies Act, our Articles of Incorporation authorize the Board of Directors to declare dividends from retained earnings.
Although we achieved profits exceeding our initial earnings forecast for the current period, we have determined that prioritizing the buildup of internal reserves is the appropriate management decision to strengthen our financial position and support future business development. Accordingly, we regret to inform you that we are unable to pay a dividend at this time.

We distribute dividends twice annually as a general rule—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The Board of Directors is responsible for deciding on dividends.
