<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">The Company recognizes dividend policy as one of its most important management priorities. We are committed to maintaining stable dividends for our shareholders while determining dividend amounts by taking into account business performance, cash flow conditions, and other relevant factors.</p>
<p style="text-align: left">Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.</p>
<p style="text-align: left">The Board of Directors is the decision-making body for these dividend distributions.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">For the fiscal year ended, we have set the year-end dividend at 16 yen per share. Combined with the interim dividend of 10 yen, the total annual dividend is 26 yen per share. Retained earnings will be allocated to strengthen our financial position and to fund new technology and product development as well as rationalization investments, thereby enhancing corporate value.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -24px">Pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, our Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may resolve to distribute surplus earnings and other dividends.</p>
