<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 30px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">The Company distributes profits based on the following fundamental principles.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 54px; text-align: left; text-indent: -12px">1. The Company secures internal reserves for capital expenditures, research and development, and other investments necessary to expand future business performance, as well as to strengthen its financial position.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 66px; text-align: left; text-indent: -24px">2. Dividends are implemented according to the following policy.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 66px; text-align: left; text-indent: -12px">① The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The Board of Directors decides on interim dividends, while the General Meeting of Shareholders decides on year-end dividends.<br/>The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that "the Board of Directors may pay interim dividends to shareholders or registered pledgees recorded in the final shareholder register as of September 30 each year, in accordance with Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act."</p>
<p style="margin-left: 66px; text-align: left; text-indent: -12px">② To meet the expectations of shareholders who hold shares on a stable basis, the Company endeavors to maintain a consistent annual dividend amount while determining the dividend amount in consideration of business performance and other circumstances.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 66px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">For the current fiscal year, the Company has decided to pay a dividend of 5 yen per share (including 2 yen as interim dividend).</p>
<p style="margin-left: 66px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">The dividends with record dates in the current fiscal year are as follows.</p>
