<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company's basic approach is to pay dividends in line with business performance, while also taking into account the dividend payout ratio and the need to build internal reserves to strengthen the Company's financial position. At the same time, recognizing that returning profits to shareholders is an important objective, the Company has consistently maintained a dividend of 10 yen per share despite minor fluctuations in performance.
The Company's basic policy is to distribute surplus earnings once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend.
The decision-making body for dividend distributions is the shareholders' meeting.
For the current fiscal period, based on the above policy, the Company has decided to implement a dividend of 10 yen per share.
As a result, the dividend payout ratio is 6.1%.
The Company intends to invest its internal reserves effectively to strengthen research and development capabilities and further enhance its financial position.
The dividend distribution for the current fiscal year is as follows:
