<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 36px; text-align: left">The Company's basic policy is to continue stable dividends in line with business performance while strengthening management. The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body for dividend distributions.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 36px; text-align: left">For the current fiscal year, the Company has set dividends at 12 yen per share as a regular dividend and 3 yen per share as a special dividend, for a total of 15 yen per share.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 36px; text-align: left">Retained earnings will be allocated to capital expenditures and other investments while working to improve the Company's financial position. The dividend distribution for the current fiscal year is as follows.</p>
