Our basic approach to dividends is to provide stable, long-term returns to shareholders while taking into account the funds necessary to establish a stable management foundation.

Our basic policy is to pay dividends from retained earnings at the end of each fiscal year. The decision-making authority for dividend payments is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the board of directors for interim dividends.

Our articles of incorporation provide that the board of directors may declare interim dividends with a record date of September 30 each year.

We believe stabilizing our financial foundation is urgent to support future business recovery.
