Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to maintain a medium-term total shareholder return ratio of approximately 60% through dividends and share buybacks combined. In addition to stable dividends paid twice annually, we will flexibly implement special dividends and share buybacks while taking market conditions into account. We will effectively utilize retained earnings primarily for investments in priority areas to strengthen our management foundation and support long-term growth.</p>
