Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to distribute profits in accordance with consolidated earnings and consolidated shareholders' equity for the period. We aim to maintain a dividend on equity (DOE) of 1.0% or higher and a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 35–40%. Dividends are paid twice annually: a year-end dividend and an interim dividend. Retained earnings are allocated to funding for maintaining competitiveness and promoting growth, as well as to improving our financial position through the reduction of interest-bearing debt.</p>
