<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Our basic policy is to implement a stable dividend policy while taking into account the strengthening of our financial position and maintaining sufficient retained earnings necessary for active business expansion.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide for interim dividends. Accordingly, our basic policy is to distribute dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.
The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, while the year-end dividend is decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Regarding dividend distribution for the current period, while we made earnest efforts to improve performance, after considering the results of the current period, we regret to announce that no dividend will be paid.
Retained earnings will be allocated primarily to the accommodation business to support future business expansion.

Our basic policy is to implement a stable dividend policy while taking into account the need to strengthen our financial position and build up retained earnings necessary for aggressive business expansion. We pay dividends twice a year—interim and year-end dividends—as a general rule, and we plan to allocate retained earnings primarily to our accommodation business.
