<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company views returning profits to shareholders as one of its key management policies. Our basic approach is to provide stable, continuous dividends while maintaining adequate internal reserves for medium to long-term business expansion and new business development.
The Company's dividend distribution is based on a policy of one annual payment at the fiscal year-end. The dividend decision-making authority rests with the shareholders' meeting.
Although the Company's consolidated results for the current fiscal year (ending June 2025) showed a profit, the gaming business continues to face a challenging operating environment. Given the need to improve our financial position and secure working capital, we regret to announce that no dividend will be paid this fiscal year.
Regarding the fiscal year ending June 2026, we will continue our efforts to recover performance and improve our financial condition. However, at this stage, the dividend amount remains undecided.
The Company's articles of incorporation provide for the possibility of interim dividends.

Our basic dividend policy is to provide continuous stable dividends while maintaining internal reserves for medium to long-term business expansion and new business development. Dividends are paid once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend as a general rule, with the dividend decision made at the shareholders' meeting. Our articles of incorporation also allow for interim dividends.
