<p>We prioritize stable profit returns to shareholders as one of our key objectives. We aim for a consolidated payout ratio of approximately 30%, with a minimum annual dividend per share of 100 yen. We determine profit distribution by comprehensively considering business performance forecasts and other factors. Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year (interim and year-end). We also implement flexible additional return measures, including share buybacks, taking into account investment opportunities and the business environment.</p>
