<p>Our basic policy is to provide stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders in line with the Company's growth capacity. We determine dividends by comprehensively considering business performance, retained earnings, dividend payout ratio, and other factors. Since November 2016, we have implemented a progressive dividend policy under which we do not reduce dividends below the previous fiscal year's DPS (Dividend Per Share), maintaining or increasing dividends only.</p>
