<p>Our basic policy is to continuously provide stable and high-level returns to shareholders. We target a total payout ratio of 50% or more on a consolidated basis, including share buybacks, and aim for dividends to exceed approximately 2% dividend on equity (DOE). We pay dividends twice annually—interim and year-end dividends. We plan to use retained earnings to enhance capital efficiency through shareholder returns and future business development.</p>
