Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to maintain a dividend payout ratio of approximately 50%, while considering dividend sustainability and the status of our net assets. During the Seventh Medium-Term Management Plan period, we have set a minimum annual dividend per share of 30 yen, with dividends paid twice per year as a general rule. We conduct share buybacks flexibly, taking into account overall market conditions and business performance. We retain earnings to serve as a source of funds for margin trading loans and to prepare for future business development.</p>
