<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management policies. We believe that implementing stable, continuous dividends—determined by comprehensively considering current operating results, anticipated changes in the business environment, and planned business development—best serves the long-term interests of our shareholders.
While our Articles of Incorporation permit the Board of Directors to declare interim dividends, we currently plan to distribute retained earnings once annually as a year-end dividend. We will consider interim dividends in the future if operating performance improves and dividend increases become feasible. The Board of Directors decides on interim dividends, while the General Meeting of Shareholders decides on year-end dividends.
We view retained earnings as essential capital for developing new brands and products that address evolving market needs, renovating existing brand retail spaces, investing in information systems, and other initiatives to secure a stable management foundation and enhance profitability.
However, due to a significant operating loss recorded in the current fiscal year, we regret to inform you that we have decided to forgo shareholder dividends for this period. Going forward, we will focus on business recovery and work to strengthen our revenue base so that we can generate profits for dividend distribution as soon as possible.

Dividends are paid once annually as a year-end dividend. If improved business performance allows for increased dividends, we will also consider paying an interim dividend.
