<p>We position returning profits to shareholders as one of our top priorities. Our basic policy is to maintain stable and performance-linked profit distribution, with a dividend payout ratio of 40% or higher as our target. Starting next fiscal year, we will introduce an interim dividend system to provide dividends twice annually. We will flexibly allocate retained earnings, taking into account the balance between funding needs for strategic investments and strengthening our financial position.</p>
