<p>Our basic dividend policy is to provide stable dividends over the long term while increasing dividends progressively in line with mid-to-long-term profit growth. We pay dividends twice per year—interim and year-end dividends. We conduct share buybacks flexibly, targeting a total payout ratio of approximately 40%, and use retained earnings effectively to enhance corporate value over the long term.</p>
