Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to implement stable dividends on a continuous basis. The dividend amount and frequency are determined by comprehensively considering the financial condition of each fiscal period and the business environment from a medium to long-term perspective. During the new medium-term management plan period, we target a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 50% or a DOE of 3.5%, with an annual dividend floor of 19 yen per share. Retained earnings are allocated to capital expenditures and strengthening our financial position.</p>
