Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable dividends while securing retained earnings for reinvestment. We pay dividends twice a year—at the interim and fiscal year-end periods. We use a base ordinary dividend of 30 yen per share and add special dividends based on business performance, targeting a dividend payout ratio of approximately 40%. We allocate retained earnings to strengthen our technology and manufacturing development capabilities and to fund our global business expansion.</p>
