Given our plans to pursue aggressive capital investments and research and development for further growth, we prioritize building sufficient equity capital and maintaining financial flexibility through retained earnings. Accordingly, our basic policy is to maintain a stable dividend level on surplus earnings for the time being, while taking into account the dividend payout ratio based on each period's performance.The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The dividend decision-making body is the shareholders' meeting.
