<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Regarding profit distribution, the Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Our basic policy is to secure internal reserves for future business development and strengthening our financial position, while consistently implementing stable and appropriate profit returns to shareholders.
Based on this policy, we determine dividend amounts by comprehensively considering business performance and dividend payout ratios, while also making investments for future business expansion.
However, during the current fiscal year, we recorded a net loss. Consequently, we regret to inform that no dividend will be paid for the year-end dividend with a record date of March 31, 2025.
The Company's articles of incorporation provide for the possibility of interim dividends with a record date of September 30 each year. Currently, we do not pay interim dividends and maintain a policy of implementing year-end dividends only. The decision-making authority for dividends is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the board of directors for interim dividends.

Our basic policy is to provide stable and appropriate returns to shareholders. We determine dividend amounts by comprehensively considering business performance and dividend payout ratio. While securing retained earnings to strengthen our management foundation and support future business expansion, we execute investments for further business growth. We implement dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end.
