Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to maintain internal reserves to strengthen our financial position, continue stable dividends, and distribute profits appropriately based on business performance. From the fiscal year ending March 2026 onwards, we target a consolidated dividend on equity (DOE) of 4.5% or higher and a consolidated payout ratio of 40% or higher, with stable dividends paid twice annually. Internal reserves will be used to enhance our management foundation and support future business development.</p>
